I was able to get back on this blog... Horray

Hi Ya'll ,

I am back online with my Gmail, My darling husband was able to fix my log in problems and we recovered my blog and all my information... I am running a little late on the I love Lucy swap but my lovely partner will have her package in the mail Thursday.. I have had a crazy summer thus far and few minor set backs but I am back in action and could not be happier to have my blog and email back. Thanks to my Hubby whom is amazing and I love you with all my heart, Your my best friend and the true love of my life..

My Garden swap gal is on the ball I received my package 3 days ago.. It is adorable and I will post pictures ASAP.. Thank you so much for garden gloves and apron that is simply darling and fits my personality.. :) I also was very excited about the shopping bag for the farmers market and the little skein of yarn, I love knitting magazines also . This was a great supremo surprise.. oh and thanks for the sun block no burnt noses for me. :)

Next Swap....

I am super excited for this swap.. I love the garden theme and cannot wait to get busy on my apron. I have pretty much chosen my pattern now I just need partner info on the 9th so I can get a feel for how to embellish this little darling.. :)

I had to run back to the flirty blog to grab the pictures that my wonderful partner Sharla took before sending these, I had to admit I secretly hoped that was mine and when it was I about fell over. I love the pink, I love the flowers, I am delighted with my package. She was kind enough to send me a fabulous movie 13 going on 30 the fun and flirty version, and the little matching washcloth is adorable. I cannot wait to use it, its so pretty I am scared to put it on. I also plan to make those wonderful soft pineapple cookies tomorrow for my kiddos and I shall don my new apron while doing so.. Woot Woot.. Hand Made..

I just found out that my lovely swap partner has received her package and I am happy to report that she loved my apron. It was rather hard to find fabric or linens that would do so I bought something new and found a cute vintage pattern. It turned out so cute that I almost wanted to keep it for myself but snapping out of being selfish it made its way to Ida, OK where I am happy to know it has a home.. :) I cannot wait for the next swap as I plan to make more aprons, I have found that I love them, I never used one before my sister made me one for my birthday last year and it has quickly became part of my kitchen. I will however only wear ones that are handmade, I love lost arts and handmade items are a treasure to me.

When it seems life could not get anymore crazy it Just does sometimes. The hubby and I are in the process of buying our first house together.. Its scary and exciting. I seem to have so much on my plate right now, I have issues that will only take time to resolve. I am scared of being broke, not being able to pay this huge debt and being responsible for fixing things when they go wrong. I have
a deep rooted fear that I will be stuck paying for something I think in my mind I could never afford. Debt has been a scary thing for me, I do not like feeling I owe more than I have in the bank so to speak. I am sure it will be fine I just needed to vent. I trust all will be fine. I just need time.

Ok time flys...

I have already had super crazy start to 2009. As many of you know about my recent struggles and my choice to home school its been such a whirl wind getting started. I am still in the process of getting all I need to begin my adventure. Classes for virtual k12 start Jan 20th. I have been doing some supplemental things here at home while we wait for classes. I know that this is going to be much better for my children. They will get more attention and have a better chance of learning due to amount of quiet time to study. I will not have to deal with so many children and even more behavior problems. My 5th graders class in public school has been over ran by the kids, They simply disrespect the teacher and refuse to correct their own behavior so that in turn makes it much more difficult for him to learn with his needs. My is doing well but could be doing much better. I am sure will be once he can be taught at his pace and with not so much distraction. With the big guy I wish I would have thought and found this program much sooner. I do think that he would have done much better. I believe that now he will excel in his work and graduate before his class. I best get a move on my day as duty calls...Love Kimmie
